We will assess all of these factors and design a site plan that meets your individual needs, and then execute it in a timely and professional manner.
Our comprehensive site plan process includes:
- Visiting your location to discuss the potential of providing a wind turbine in the most beneficial location
- Aerial drawings of the proposed site with all considerations to setbacks and existing structures on your property
- GPS coordinates and USGS images of the site
- Site elevations
- Digital pictures of the proposed site
- Spreadsheets of the total project costs, projected tax benefits, projected energy production, and projected income from green tag revenue. This will also include all necessary documentation on tax deductions, exemptions and credits
- We will research data on wind speeds from at least three nearby anemometers or currently producing turbines
- All specifications and owner's manual on turbines, inverter otpions, tower assembly, warranty and installation
- Interconnection line drawings and specifications for your local utility company;
- County wind ordinances
